Shipping and Returns for Karaoke Games

Karaoke Kards strives to provide you with quality products and experiences. We ship each of our products personally, and they are inspected before leaving our doorsteps. If there are issues with your order due to an error on our behalf, please contact us immediately and we will happily work with you to get it exchanged.

Returns are accepted for games and merchandise. Returned items must be in original packing and unopened. We will issue you a refund upon receipt of the unopened returned shipment. Please note that shipping fees and any opened items or items that appear to be worn or used are non-refundable. We have the right to refuse any returns and/or exchanges. We cannot refund any orders after 5 days of receiving the item(s).

Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Once your order is ready it will be shipped out via USPS. It will then arrive at your home within 2-5 business days. We are currently not accepting international orders.

We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. You should contact USPS for these issues. All of our shipments include tracking numbers, which you will receive once your order is shipped out to you. Once the item is shipped, Karaoke Kards is no longer responsible for any uncontrolled issues that may arise on behalf of USPS and its carriers.

If you order an item that is on back order or a pre-order, it will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. We typically have this information posted on our site on the item page.
